Program

Beethoven trio op1 N°1

Brahms trio op8 N°1

The Trio Lazuli was born in 2021 from a strong musical complicity and a shared passion for chamber music. They are distinguished by their deep expressiveness, colorful playing and clear musical discourse. All three are soloists at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, where they are currently completing a Master’s degree in chamber music in the class of Louis Rodde, a member of the Karénine trio.

Marina, Anna-Li and Romane have also received advice from many internationally renowned musicians, including Claire Désert, Jean-Marc Phillips-Varjabédian, Jérôme Pernoo, Haruko Uéda and Miguel Da Silva, and were lucky enough to meet the Modigliani Quartet during a masterclass at the CNSM de Paris.

Trio Lazuli has recently performed in concerts at the Archives Nationales and the Henner Museum in Paris, at the Odéon in Tremblay-en-France, in the Périgord region, in Nantes and the surrounding area, and at the Ravel Festival in Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

In 2023, they win the First Prize of Honor with congratulations from the jury at the Léopold Bellan International Competition in Paris. The same year, the trio won the Académie Ravel and Fondation Safran awards.

Trio Lazuli is planning to record a first CD featuring the two trios by Felix Mendelssohn, a composer they are particularly fond of. The trio is also preparing for international competitions in 2024-2025.
