Cyril Marie started playing the piano at the age of 6 and then trained at the National Conservatory of Music in Paris. A nomad, Cyril Marie perfected his skills by attending Indiana University in the United States for four years. It was there that he met internationally renowned teachers, including Nicola Rossi-Lemenu who revealed to him his potential as a promising singer, and Geörgy Sebök, who would guide his life as a musician.

Thanks to the exceptional influence of this great man, Cyril Marie obtained his concert diploma and discovered the sacred call of music. From then on, his artistic evolution will be accompanied by an inner search which is expressed in his concerts around the world.

After spending eighteen years in India, which remains a continual source of inspiration for him, the pianist was “caught by the Dordogne” and settled in Meyrals.
